Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

I recommend this book for infants thru preschoolers. It is a fun way for them to learn their A.B.C. The book is about the letters in the alphabet racing to the top of the coconut tree and because there are 26 letters it becomes too heavy for the tree so they all fall off. You can kind of sing with the book because it has a rhythm to the reading. The book is really fun it has a variety of different colors and the flow of the book is very catchy. This book is another fun way of learning for students and great way for teacher to interact with there class.

  1. I really do agree with your suggestion because i think young children need many ways to attract their attention.singing and moving along with the rhythm will create an enjoyable time but learning at the same time.

  2. I remember reading Chicka Chicka Boom Boom when I was younger, and I absolutely loved it! It's a great book to use to get your students to learn numbers or letter without them even knowing because they will be having fun in the process.
    Really good book choice!

I also like how you posted pictures of the books on your blog as well because it makes it more interesting.
